Me in my counselling room

Welcome to my counselling practice.

As an Integrative counsellor, I blend various counselling models to tailor my approach to unique needs. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore thoughts and feelings, helping you understand your current situation and guiding you on your journey towards personal growth and achieving your goals. Together, we will work to empower you and foster a deeper understanding of yourself.

In my practice, I prioritise a respectful and understanding approach to each client’s individual journey. I recognise that everyone seeking counselling or therapy carries a distinct blend experiences, backgrounds, values and beliefs. This diversity shapes the foundation of our collaborative work, ensuring that our time is tailored to your unique circumstances." If you need any adjustments or additional content, just let me know!

So, very appreciative of Judith and the amazing support she’s given me during a really tough time of my life. She has been on my healing journey with me and what a journey that has been. The difference between who I am today and the person I was when I first met Judith is clear and I’m very grateful for the listening ear, the practical tools, the food for thought, the confidence boost and the safe, reflective environment Judith offers during each of our sessions. I would highly recommend Judith to anyone looking for therapy/counselling.

Nora, 52

During my studies, I was having issues with my previous personal therapist so my first words to her were “I just need someone to show up”.  Well, Judith not only showed up physically and mentally, she was also able to help me understand the sometimes confusing and difficult emotions that came up through my training journey and placement work, and how my own history

Judith helped me process difficult moments, where my training, placement and personal history created an emotional mess.  With her help I was able to break things down, identifying what was mine to process, and what I could leave behind.

If you are a trainee counsellor, Judith is expert at providing a safe, consistent and non-judgemental space to work through what your therapist journey (training, placement and supervision) brings up within you.  In the right hands, your personal therapy can enhance your trainee journey, and Judith is a safe pair of hands.

"Judith is brilliant. She has given me lots of techniques to help with my anxiety's, stress and depression. I feel she genuinely cares about me and adapts our session to how I am at the time and what I think will help. Her relaxation and meditation techniques are great and always put me in a good place. I highly recommend Judith".

I provide counselling at Chrysolite Counselling to individuals and Couples in person and online, face to face, cost is £30 per hour
